Novesta's story goes back to the European industrialisation times when famous shoe maker Jan Antonin Bata opened his new factory in a small town in the middle of Slovakia.

Over time Novesta became one of the top shoe companies and it's unique sneakers are favorites not only in Europe but all over the world Novesta do NOT use neither chemicals or glue. Instead, the rubber sole is pressed by a high pressure machine onto the canvas body and hand-trimmed afterwards. This process leaves a little rubber line around the shoe that truly confirms the quality of Novesta sneakers!
